Music: Five Star Music wins big award at NMVA 2014...

The 2014 edition of the Naija Music Video Award turned out very successful for Five Star Music as the label grabbed the highest number of awards at the ceremony.

The awards ceremony, which took place on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at Eko Hotel and Suites, V.I, Lagos saw the music label winning a total number of four awards.

The label defeated Chocolate City, YBNL, HKN Gang, Mavin records and Effyzzie to win the Best Producer award while Five star Music act, Harry a.k.a Mr Songs, won two awards by defeating Yung L (S.O.S), Yemi Alade (Johnny), Davido (Tchelete), Olamide (Eleda Mi O), Mavin (Dorobucci) to win Best Pop Extra video for his song ‘My Story’ and also The Best Contemporary Afro Video for the song ‘Kolombo’, he defeated Skales (Shake Body), VJ Adams (Whatsup), Mr 2kay (Summer Girl), Tee Blaq (Garawa) and Sanni Danja ( Yawa) to win the award .

Limpopo master, Kcee didn’t miss out on the list also as he won The Best Highlife Video for his song, ‘Ogadinma’ defeating Timi Dakolo (Iyawo Mi), Ramsome (Local Boy), Sean Tizzle (Komole), SolidStar (Oluchi) and Ice Prince (Whiskey) in the process....
